Showing the end of the process here; my first ever art demo video. In this video I talk through adding the final touches to my seascape, including adding the finer detail to a boat and village buildings, as well as describing the importance of composition in artwork. There's also a snapshot of some of my sketches. The finished painting is a loose watercolour inspired by estuary village life and views in Devon.
Once I get to grips with editing I'll show the whole build up from the initial outdoor sketching on the harbour to full colour watercolour. If it sounds echoey my studio is currently the bathroom (long story to do with lockdown) -Yes you can paint anywhere!
